• The Center will not be responsible for any mishap before or after marriage. We are NOT responsible for any kind of mishaps that occurred during your registration/membership with ‘Apna Sathi’. It's all your own responsibility.
• Members should verify the information about the preferred venues by themselves, their relatives, friends, and only after thorough investigation and deliberation, take the final decision regarding the marriage. The Center, its operators, directors, or organizers will not be responsible for any questions that arise in the future.
• Follow-up should be maintained by members on a regular basis with preferred matches.
• Members should verify the information provided on the profiles for its authenticity. The Center will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided.
• The Center must be informed after marriage or engagement fixation. If not informed, your profile will be available on the website to everyone, and the profile will be automatically removed once your plan ends. To avoid unnecessary callings, the Center must be informed after marriage or engagement fixation.

• All registered members can view the bride or groom profile. You also need to contact Apna Sathi Marriage Center to get the contact number of the bride or groom.
• Online profiles will get activated after their registration and information is completed.
• A prior appointment is required if you are visiting the office to view files.
• In both cases, online and offline, if the profile is not activated within 48 hours, please share a fee payment screenshot or receipt screenshot on 9057657616 by WhatsApp or on our email contact@apnasathi.in.
• On the portal, the detailed profile of the candidate (without address and contact numbers) along with or without a photo is displayed. You can access it from anywhere through the internet, saving lots of effort, money, and time.
• Only registered candidates can get the address & contact numbers on a weekly basis by email/WhatsApp/SMS and on the website itself.
• Every registered groom candidate can request contacts from brides and vice versa.
• The candidate needs to visit the office and get their biodata and photo when the candidate's marriage is fixed to avoid unnecessary callings from other grooms or brides. After one month, their record will be discarded from the website only.
• Every candidate has to register their true information on the portal, and this is the moral responsibility of each other.
• We do not guarantee the truthfulness of the information received by us. The parents of the candidate are directed to verify and satisfy themselves about the same by any other mode of their choice.
• We do not force any members to upload their photos and biodata due to their privacy reasons. If photos are not available on the website, it means they have not provided their photos even after we requested them. Candidates need to check with them directly. They will share their photos if they find your profile suitable.
• All uploaded photos should be well and properly dressed. Inappropriate photos will not be approved. Choose a photo that accurately represents how you look now. Group photos will not be approved.
• After registering on this portal, we do not guarantee the fixing of marriages.
• We are not responsible for any misuse of the information or photographs by anyone.
• The Center reserves the right to modify/increase/stop any or all services provided by us without any notice and reason.
• Once the profile & photo is uploaded on the website by the center, it is the responsibility of the user to check it and correct it if necessary. The center will not be responsible for any further changes in the profile or photo by the candidate.
• Note: You can get contact details of limited profiles every week, depending upon the selected plan at the time of registration and availed offer. Please send your request accordingly.
• Note: Once you get contact numbers, please first talk to them and share your biodata. If we notice that you are just taking bulk contacts and not contacting anyone and sharing your biodata, we will immediately terminate your access and no refund will be processed at all.
• Note: For a few profiles, we have not displayed their contact numbers due to their privacy reasons. Still, you can send them interests, and if they find it suitable, they will contact you.
• After payment and ID verification, your profile will be activated.
• Once you register with www.apnasathi.in, we might send you promotional, marketing, value-added, renewal reminders, and support and service-related text messages and WhatsApp messages on your number. Please inform us if you want to opt-out of our messaging service.
• All notifications by email, SMS, and WhatsApp service fall under complementary services, and we can stop any of our complementary services at any time without any notice.

• Currently, we have to enroll profiles, and there are chances that a few profiles could have already married and they have not informed us, so their profile is still active on the website. In such cases, you can notify us, and such profiles will be auto-deleted once their plan ends. It is the candidate's responsibility to inform our marriage bureau once their marriage gets fixed.
• On demand, our registered users need to furnish the school leaving/birth certificate whenever asked by Apna Sathi. Meanwhile, your profile will be kept on hold.
• If you agree to the terms and conditions of this portal, then only you should enroll and register on this portal.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes pertaining to our matrimonial-related services conducted by the Center and any claim arising thereunder shall be referred to and decided by the Court of competent jurisdiction at Pune only.
